This project will ensure the education at the Royal University of Agriculture with quality through the improvement of the studying program and teaching methods, modernization of study materials for teaching, learning and researching, improving the capability of management, providing the opportunity to lecturers and government officers of the University for pursuing higher education, capabilities and experiences enhancement as well as recent scientific research papers. |

To improve teaching-learning, research, and management as well as facility improvement and technical support. |

Higher education on Agriculture play very important role in agricultural development. There are 3 main components of this project.
- Component 1: Advanced research
- Component 2: Higher education partnership program
- Component 3: Institutional Management, infrastructure and industry linkage.

15. PROJECT JUSTIFICATION: (Give reasons why this particular project is considered worthwhile.) |
Royal university of Agriculture is in need of facilities, study buildings, laboratory as well as dormitory for both male and female students (especially female), improve capacity of officers and lecturers and university management. |
16. BENEFITS (Who will benefit, directly and indirectly, from the project?) |
This project will benefit directly to students, lecturers, government staff as well as university management committee. |

The project will reduce the daily expense for student through providing reasonable price for accommodation to enhance their financial ability to support further study. |

This project will especially prioritize women in order to promote gender equality and attract the female students to study at the Royal University of Agriculture in variety of agricultural fields.
Key indicators for gender promotion include:
- 60% of new built dormitory has stayed by female students.
- At least the second project will lead by women.
- At least the two-government officers have pursued in higher education are female.

The university has experienced to build the first building for classroom and Microbiological lab as well as conduct research projects.
