To rehabilitate the small business in the community-based tourism, potential tourism attraction site, especially, the local product access to tourist and to create the local small scale investment. |

Introducing the market access of the tourism community product, To take part of the community skill development, the community program development, the stakeholder involvement and increasing the community welfare. |

The community based tourism development is really concerned by all relevant line ministry and stakeholders for supporting the local access to the tourism market. Anyways the local vocational training is limited, they are very hard to compete with the urban workforce. |

Local community and environment protection and government vision. |

Facilitate local access to tourism development, increase the local revenue, job creation in place, and the different between the urban and rural development. This project is helpful to the nature conservation for the young generation. |

In tourism workforce, the women ability is very useful, it take around 40% of the total tourism workforce, it mean that the community based tourism could create more job for women. |
