- Construction of underground fiber optic cable network and installation of DWDM transmission system with build out site plan network in the town of Broadband Access Network-FTTH from Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville 230km, Kampong Cham-Neak Leung 120km, Bavet-Svay Rieng-Ponhea Krek 150km, Battambang - Pailin - Poipet 310km, Pursat - Veal Veng - Koh Kong 330km, Kralanh - Samrong - O Smach 120km, Kampong Thom - Preah Vihear - Stung Treng - Banlung 480km, Bavet - Phnom Penh - Poipet (National Road No. 1 and No. 5) 664 km, Siem Reap City - Serey Sophorn City - Poipet City (National Road No. 6-5) 151 km.
- Rehabilitation of network infrastructure with the replacement of old SDH transmission system to DWDM with Out site plan network in the town of Broadband Access Network-FTTx from Phnom Penh-Takeo-Kep-Kampot-Sihanoukville, Phnom Penh-Kampong Thom-Siem Reap (National Road No. 6), from Skun - Kampong Cham City - Snoul - Kratie Town - Stung Treng - Trapeang Kriel (National Road No. 7).

The project is designed to promote the telecom sector to bring the application of new technologies, from high-speed system (Broadband Access Network) dissemination of knowledge for people of all ages to all provinces, cities, and rural population. Collaborate Manage the national Internet gateway, accelerate and stimulate the national economy to grow rapidly. |
14. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: (Provide a description of the project and all its components.) |
- Use 96core fiber optic cable as backbone and 48core fiber optic cable as Access. Equipped with DWDM transmitter at the main station. Install and expand out site plan fiber optic cable (FTTH) network, equip IP Router, optical line termination-OLT in urban areas with economic potential. Use plastic tubes and other technical equipment. |

- Support poverty reduction policies and increase the knowledge of the people by using telecommunications and information and communication technology to increase development.
- Maintain order for hundreds of telecommunications infrastructure, information and communication technologies.
- Bring low service cost, profit to customers.

Serve telecommunications, information and communication technology to local people, authorities, public and private institutions, schools, businesses, handicrafts, bank, microfinance, Internet service providers (ISPs), telecom operators and companies to maintain national security and contribute to the rapid growth of the national economy. |
