Promote women's participation in decision-making role at all levels by increasing the number of women, strengthening capacity building and promoting the rank at all levels.
14. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: (Provide a description of the project and all its components.)
The project is one of all the relevant ministries and institutions's project that all ministries and institutions must have gender mainstreaming strategic plan to contribute the promotion of women's rights for development.
15. PROJECT JUSTIFICATION: (Give reasons why this particular project is considered worthwhile.)
Cambodia outnumbers women than men so we cannot give up more than half of this capital, we need to prepare a strategic plan for gender mainstreaming in all governmental ministries and institutions to reduce the gender gap by promoting women's rights via increasing the number of women civil servants, strengthening capacity building and promoting role for women at all levels and preparing the plan for economic and social development need to focus particularly on women and opportunities providing, so Cambodia can gain benefit from demographics dividend.
16. BENEFITS (Who will benefit, directly and indirectly, from the project?)
Female civil servants in the Council of Ministers are expected to be increased in both quantity and quality and greater rank and role in decision-making at all levels.

This project will contribute significantly in reducing poverty through women's participation in public service delivery at all levels and with this project also contribute to promote women in both rights and economy.

This project has been promoting gender equality in Cambodia.

The Office of the Council of Ministers has a little staffs with experience working in this project and we need some more experienced staffs to improve this work more effectively.
23. STATUS OF PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION: (Provide a brief update on the progress of the project to date. Discuss any major problems causing delays in project implementation.)
The members of working group need to increase their knowledge and skills in the area of gender analysis, advocacy and some leaders of the Council of Ministers pay little interest in their work and with the same disability action working group also lack of material and financial resources in implementation as well.
