Project will be increased employ ability of TVET certified workers .The outcome of the project will be an accessible ,demand -driven TVET system responsive to continuing and emerging labor market demands |

The project will support RGC to address equity and quality issue facing the technical vocational education and training (TVET) system through : (i) increased access to TVET programs ,particularly
for women and the poor,(ii)improved quality and relevance of the TVET system ,and (iii) |

The project will improve the efficiency of TVET system and access to training ,particularly for women and the poor ,and make courses relevant to labor market needs .it will increase the involvement of employers in TVET through skills councils and an instructor apprenticeship |
