To determine the proper utilization of radio frequency in compliance with national and international standards in order to prevent the radio frequency interference and to promote transparency with the best usage of radio frequency as well as to enhance the mobilization of national revenue. |

To attain the national radio frequency spectrum plan in order to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the radio frequency management |

To ensure the consistency of management, radio terminal equipment, assignment and utilization of radio frequency in the Kingdom of Cambodia, that is a part of scope of income enhancement |
