Establish Identification management system via ICT that link civil registration data management system, ID card, passport, residential registration and Nationality Registration system together |

Build Identification management center equip with main network, internet service and technical supplies for ICT process |

Currently, we have only ID card and Passport using ICT system, but for Civil registration, residential registration and Nationality registration is being implemented and that's lead to unclear individual identification management. So if all registrations use ICT system, we assure to have one person, one ID. |
