Establish Identification management system via ICT that link civil registration data management system, ID card, passport, residential registration and Nationality Registration system together
14. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: (Provide a description of the project and all its components.)
Build Identification management center equip with main network, internet service and technical supplies for ICT process
15. PROJECT JUSTIFICATION: (Give reasons why this particular project is considered worthwhile.)
Currently, we have only ID card and Passport using ICT system, but for Civil registration, residential registration and Nationality registration is being implemented and that's lead to unclear individual identification management. So if all registrations use ICT system, we assure to have one person, one ID.

- One person, one ID - Established Civil Registration statistics - Having reliable citizen statistics - Having effective services on Identification - Reduce time and resource to get identification document
