Providing proper accommodation for judges and prosecutors during their mandate in each province, allowing them to work effectively and efficiently, in order to provide better justice services to citizens. |

To construct residency for judges and prosecutors who are subject to rotational transfers between provinces. The construction of residency is planned for 10 Provincial Courts: (1) Preah Vihear, (2) Kratie, (3) Banteay Meanchey, (4) Pursat, (5) Kampong Thom, (6) Kampong Cham, (7) Tboung Khmum, (8) Svay Rieng, (9) Kep, and (10) Koh Kong. |

In accordance with the policy of the 7th mandate Royal Government, promoting and strengthening the effectiveness of the law and justice system |

Judges and prosecutors are the direct beneficiaries. Meanwhile, citizens are the indirect benefit from the project's implementation. |
