To reduce the cost, and time and promote the trust of citizens, investors, employees, and employers
To provide legal and judicial professions, alternative dispute resolution officials, and court administrative officials with suitable working spaces |

To build new three buildings for (1) Commercial Court (2) Labour Court and (3) National Authority for Alternative Dispute Resolution |

In accordance with the policy of the 7th mandate Royal Government, promoting and strengthening the effectiveness of the law and justice system |

Dispute Parties, legal and judicial professions, alternative dispute resolution officials, and court administrative officials are the direct beneficiaries. Whereas citizens and investors will indirectly benefit from the project's implementation. |
