1. Youth, especially adolescent girls, are empowered to lead collective action to promote gender equality 2. Families, guardians, and communities support and encourage youth, especially adolescent girls, to actively participate in community-related decision-making and policy-making processes 3. Adolescent girls, both male and female, as citizen journalists, act as advocates for public support for promoting gender equality and youth participation and drive behavioral change in their communities 4. Empower youth, especially adolescent girls, to participate in and advocate for leadership at all levels to include girls’ issues in programs and policies at the commune, city, district, khan, and provincial levels.

Strengthen adolescent girls in Stung Treng, Ratanakkiri and Siem Reap to become strong individuals to address gender-specific barriers.

Strengthen the youth, especially teenage girls, to participate and make recommendations to leaders at all levels to include girls' issues in programs and policies of the commune, sangkat, city, district, Khan and provincial capitals.
