People can access to clean water with good quality, affordable tariff and sustainable. |

New water treatment plant and pipe extension will be constructed in Kompong Cham, Kampong Chhnange, Benteymeanchey, Kompong Speu, and Kandal. |

This project will strengthen the implementing agencies capacity and governance on resilient urban development, awareness of climate risks and regulatory instruments, and support the development of resilient water supply master plans. |

- People (who live in targeted area) can access the clean water
- Women and children can be safe from taking the water from the far place
