The major purpose of the project to create a society where women and girls can exercise their rights fully and live free from violence and discrimination. |
14. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: (Provide a description of the project and all its components.) |
The project description:
-Multi-Sectoral GBV mechanisms service provision is improved as per the ESP (health, police and justice, social services) in the target provinces.
-An agreed coordinated GBV case management system in the target provinces is developed and scaled up (including strengthening the GBV case management interlink between VAW and VAC).
-The OSSU SOP (training, coaching, review the SOP and the referral pathway) in the provincial referral hospitals of the target provinces is operationalized as part of case management.
-Strengthened Health Sector Response to GBV, including forensic system, in UNFPA target provinces (trainings, coaching on the job, improving quality, and preservice).
-Strengthened capacity on the safe use of technology to address GBV (GBV digital platform) to reach the furthest behind (also linked with social norm change) Dissemination of the GBV Safe App. |
