The goal of the project is persons with disabilities and survivors of gender based violence to benefit from access to quality and coordinated service as outlined under the royal government of Cambodia's National Disability Strategic Plan and National Action Plan to Prevent Violence Against Women.
14. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: (Provide a description of the project and all its components.)
The project description: The overall goal of the project is persons with disabilities and survivors of gender based violence benefit from access to quality and coordinated services as outlined under the government of Cambodia's National Disability Strategic Plan and National Action Plan to Prevent Violence Against Women.
15. PROJECT JUSTIFICATION: (Give reasons why this particular project is considered worthwhile.)
This particular project is considered worthwhile because persons with disabilities and survivors of gender based violence to benefit from access to quality and coordinated service as outlined under the royal government of Cambodia's National Disability Strategic Plan and National Action Plan to Prevent Violence Against Women.
16. BENEFITS (Who will benefit, directly and indirectly, from the project?)
Benefit of the project: -including multilateral agencies, non-government organization, civil societies, community based organization and the private sector to strengthen sustainable and quality services, in alignment with the royal government of Cambodia's National Disability Strategic Plan and National Action Plan to Prevent Violence Against Women. -Contribute to the strengthening service delivery coordination among the government NGOs and multilateral agencies at national and subnational levels including supporting MoWA, MoSVY and MoH leadership of service delivery.

ACCESS 2 projects focus on women and girls with disabilities and victims of gender-based violence benefit from coordinated and quality access to services.

Based on the experience of the Ministry of Women's Affairs through past collaboration with ACCESS 1, the Ministry of Women's Affairs has sufficient capacity and experience to implement ACCESS 2 successfully.
