Project objective:
-Strengthen the voices and participation of survivors of gender based violence and persons with disabilities enhance service delivery for persons disabilities and address gender based violence at the national level while ensuring that policies respond to their needs.
-Strengthen the participation of factories in advocating for the health and well-being of workers focusing on the outcomes of empowering women workers and ethical supply chain practices.
-Promote women’s rights for gender equality and social development in Cambodia through support to partner organizations.
-Promote knowledge exchange and networking for dignified work and environments in the garment sector across Southeast Asia among various organizations advocating for the rights and working environments of people with disabilities.

Project description:
-Training sessions to strengthen the capacity of teams to respond to gender based violence at the national level and to address issues of disability.
-Contribute to a deeper understanding of the collective needs of victims of gender based violence persons with disabilities and indigenous minority groups through the 16 Days of activism to end violence against women and girls campaign. |

Direct benefit of participants the indigenous minority community survivors of gender based violence elderly individuals participation in community dialogues and promoting awareness will collaborate with project partners. service providers addressing gender based violence and disability health centers local authorities and civil society partner. |

This project focuses on the prevention of violence against women and girls, the promotion of women's and girls' rights, and the dissemination of the 16-Day Campaign and the International Day of March 8 to family members, especially men, to better understand and prevent domestic violence. |

The Department of Legal Protection, Secretariat of the Technical Working Group on Gender-Based Violence, provides cooperation between the working group to prevent and respond promptly to gender-based violence and to report to professional service providers. Participate in disseminating and sending victims of gender-based violence to receive effective, timely and appropriate services for victims. Facilitate the harmonization of activities carried out by ministries, institutions and partner organizations, civil society organizations working in relation to gender-based violence.
