- To supply sustainable and Arenic free drinking Water in Cambodia. - To build capacity of DRWS,PDRD and local authorities on operation and maintenance of AMRIT technology. - To ensure sustainable supply of AMRIT products and technology in Cambodia.
14. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: (Provide a description of the project and all its components.)
Following the Millennium Development Golds (MDGs) and Sustainable Development Goal (SDG), The Cambodia government has set for the country access to water objectives, that is "Universal access to safe water by 2030".
15. PROJECT JUSTIFICATION: (Give reasons why this particular project is considered worthwhile.)
Rural people have access to safe water to drink and use.
16. BENEFITS (Who will benefit, directly and indirectly, from the project?)
12,591 people (6,296 females) - 2,799 people in Siem Reap Province. - 5,757 people in Kandal Province. - 4,044 people in Prey Veng Province.
