This national program is a key measure to enhance girls' leadership through innovative programs and initiatives in educational institutions and communities, both formal and informal.

This program is led by the Ministry of Women's Affairs, with the Department of Gender Equality implementing the project under the coordination and guidance of the General Department of Gender Equality and Economic Development, and Plan International Cambodia as a partner providing technical assistance and funding.
