To Improve for controlling the precursor and phychotropic substances. To prepare legislation documents and draft the plan on controlling phychotropic substances for prevention to divert the precursor from llicit trade to illicit drug production and training skill for law enforcement officers. Prepare the plan for controlling and inspecting for production and trafficking of Preng Mrash Prau Phnom (safrole oil). |

This project will control, inspect and prevent for diversion of precursor from licit trade to illicit drug production. |

Legislation documents and plan for controlling psychotropic substances to prevent for diversion of precursor from llicit trade to illicit drug production will be established. Plan for control and inspect for producing and trafficking of Preng Mrash Prau Phnom (safrole oil) will be established. |
