-Treatment of drug addicts based on community treatment through drug and mental heath services of MoH. -The implementation of using METADONE programme for caring drug users. -Conduct the draft policy on drug treatment, rehabilitation and vocational training. Conduct the declaration on the structure and role of drug treatment, rehabilitation and vocational training. -Establish drug counseling team to strengthen the capacity of drug treatment and rehabilitation center.

Treament based on communities will be establised in all municipality and provinces.

Drug addicts in their communitied will be got the treament service from treatment center.

most of drug addicts in their communities will recieve treatment service in the places as they stayed

Drug addicts will be recover from addiction and they stay away from drugs.
