This project will assist to international cooperation with bordered countried in order to strenghten the mechanism for fighting against drugs trafficking and to make the villages and communes connected with bordered areas become green. |

This project is very important and useful for international cooperaton with bordered countries in order to strenghten the relationship for fighting against drugs and make the villages and communes become green. |
