This project is not only a standard to monitor and evaluate the performance of Ministry of Inspection’s, but it is also a tool to improve the quality and effectiveness of Ministry of Inspection’s public services. |

The establishment of the Law on Complaints and on defamation lawsuits are intended to provide the Ministry with a comprehensive set of rules for resolving complaints of citizens throughout the Kingdom of Cambodia. This law was developed in response to improving work efficiency and promoting good governance in line with the Royal Government of Cambodia's first National Strategic Development Plan and Pentagon Strategy. |
