Strengthen the work of resolving and investigating complaints, focusing on strengthening professional procedures for resolving and investigating with professional standards in order to provide public services and build high confidence among the people, in response to the recommendations of the Prime Minister, will strengthen good governance, modernize state institutions and improve work efficiency. To be better and more timely in accordance with the National Development Strategic Plan and the Pentagon Strategy Phase 1 of the Royal Government of Cambodia. |
