- To establish the platform of Technology innovation on agriculture to stakeholders and to promote farmers livelihood through agriculture technology transfer and farmer link to market
-Establish regional training and extension center to promote innovative agricultural technology transfer
-Improve digital network accesssiblility and enhancing capacity of commune extension workers and officers on digital agriculture technology |

This project will be devided into 4 components as following:
1. Promoting digital Agricultura technology and public extension service
2.Develop center of Excellent for agricultural sector and regional agricultural extension center in Cambodia
3. National agricultural commune facilitator

15. PROJECT JUSTIFICATION: (Give reasons why this particular project is considered worthwhile.) |
- New Agricultural Extension Center will be established in Tonle Sap area of Cambodia as regional center which cover five provinces are Battambang, Pursat, Komong Chnang, Siem Reap and Oddar Meanchey. The Agricultural Extension Center consists of lecture room, cafeteria and dormitory, demonstration field, warehouse and net house, (including Facilities) etc.
- Total of 100 Community Learning Centers were constructed in three target provinces andequipped with necessary equipment, materials and resource person.
- Total of 10 mobile extension clinics with resource person and tools were established andmobilized in the three target provinces to support and respond to the needs and concerns offarmers.
- Total of 78 videos have been produced included technical video of 50 best practice videos, 15crop production, animal 5, aquaculture 5 and agricultural market access 3 videos and technical booklet, leaflet, poster on vegetable, animal production and aquaculture have been produced and provided to farmers.
- Total of 52 times per year of live streaming/e-platform were organized with the participation of technical experts, model farmers, and relevant stakeholders.
- A studio for video production and live streaming of the e-platform was prepared.
- A mobile application with user-centered was developed contains with e-library, marketing platform (online market available), virtual training, agricultural technical forum and other information on agricultural technique and market.
- Farmers in the target provinces have gained more knowledge on the use of smartphone use, accessing the internet, social media, agricultural technologies, agriculture app, e-money and online payment etc.
- Total of 50 % of Framers in each target province have gained more access of market price, more interaction with technical experts, inputs suppliers, traders etc.
- Total of 200 Commune Extension Workers (included 100 of reservation) and 50 officers have been trained to be the future generation’s digital experts.
- Commune Extension Workers (CEW), technical officials and stakeholders have gained more knowledge of digital agricultural technologies, how to access the agriculture app, how to facilitate the live streaming, e-platform etc.
- Total of 100 smart farms demonstrations have been supported to farmers
