- The project to strengthen the quality of all service providers to implement better and in accordance with the policy of the Steering Committee for the Decentralization and Deconcentrating of Public Works and Transport Sector. The goal is to strengthen the implementation of the structure and governance system of sub-national administration is modern, autonomous, efficient, transparent, Accountability in the provision of public Services and local development in response to the priority needs of the people within the jurisdiction of each sub-national administrations.
- The main components of the project are: Launching an inter-ministerial working group consisting of representatives of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, representatives of the NCDO Secretary and representatives of the Ministry of Interiour. |
