This project is the important road that first phase link NR41 and NR21B and also is the important passageway that connects Kampong Speu and Kamdal Province. The construction of this project can improve the highway network and standard level of highway in the Southern of capital Phnom Penh, reduce the length and time of travel between two provinces. |

Construction Project of Phnom Penh 4th Ring Road (NR.41 - NR.21B) located at southern of capital Phnom Penh. This project has total length in first phase 46.595km; the new section of the 4th ring road in the south, that is the new section between NR.41 and NR.21B, will form the passage in the south for the direction from east to west. |

The construction of this project can improve the traffic condition for people who live along southern of capital Phnom Penh and will relieve the pressure from border-crossing traffic in downtown Phnom Penh and strength the connection between middle south of Cambodia and Vietnam and Thailand and improve regional integrated traffic capacity. |
