This project is the important road that link NR7 and NR8, and also is the important passenger way that connects Kampong Cham, Kandal, and Prey Veng Province. The construction of this project can improve the highway network and standard level of highway in central Cambodia. |

Construction project of NR70B located at the central of the Kingdom of Cambodia in Kampong Cham, Kandal, and Prey Veng Province. This project has total lenght 145.036km; starting point from Tonle Bet, Kampong Cham Province by intersect with NR7 and end at Peam Ro, Prey Veng Province. |

The construction of this project can improve the traffic condition for people who live along Mekong River because of flooding during rainy season that vehicles cannot pass through most sections of the road. Moreover, this project also contributes in economic development of the local people as well as the whole national economy though facilitate in transportation of crops of local people and attract tourist to visit local tourist attractions also. |
