The construction of this project, in terms of transportation, is an important part of Cambodia’s national trunk line network. After the implementation, the traffic conditions of Phnom Penh-Kampot-Sihanoukville will be improved, forming a closely connected transportation network between port cities.

The upgrading project of NR.3 in Cambodia (PK181+000-Veal Renh) is located in the south of Cambodia. The overall alignment is located in Prey Nob District, Preah Sihanouk. The overall trend of the alignment is from southeast to west. The stake number of the beginning point is PK181+100 of the existing NR.3.The alignment is set along the existing road. The ending point is located in Prey Nob District, forming a roundabout intersection with NR.4. The stake number of the ending point is PK180+317 of the existing NR.4. The total length of the alignment is about 20.620km. |
