1) To open the navigation route 2) Promote and develop the water transport sector 3) Facilitate transportation by road, waterway and other infrastructure necessary for the development of remote rural areas to connect with national development as well.
14. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: (Provide a description of the project and all its components.)
Install safety lights on the bridge between the piers on both sides for the benefit of ships passing under the bridge and as a sign indicating the route of the canal, navigation and direction, and will prepare a closing report
15. PROJECT JUSTIFICATION: (Give reasons why this particular project is considered worthwhile.)
The measurement project will install safety lights on each bridge to assist in safe driving and to prevent any phenomena that affect the bridge piers and landslides, bridge piers, bridge gaps and the height of bridges or submerged objects. Measure and check the speed of the water to study in detail for the passage of the ship across to measure the width below the bridge. There are 14 main bridges on the Tonle Sap, Mekong and Bassac rivers.

- Help signal the transport under the bridge - Reduce the danger to the bridge - Convenient and safe for boat drivers

The installation of safety lights on each bridge is somewhat annoying due to the short-term ban on crossing the sand ferry, as well as the drilling of parts of the bridge beams, as well as the environmental impact. There is no. This project will help reduce poverty of the people.

The Department of Inland Infrastructure and Port Construction of the General Department of Inland Waterway Transport and Ports, Ministry of Public Works and Transport, has sufficient capacity and experience to implement the construction and installation of safety lights on bridges.

Study and prepare a list of price estimates to install safety lights along the bridge is complete. Contracts for the purchase and installation of safety lights on bridges and agreements may result in delays in the implementation of this project.
