13. PROJECT OBJECTIVE: (Describe the major purpose of the project.)
Reinforcing the job efficiency and consoling work place for legislation council officers in adopting draft laws and regulations for Ministry of Interior, keeping the royal books for delivering to all departments under Ministry of Interior and local administration and keeping other laws and legal documents.
14. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: (Provide a description of the project and all its components.)
The office building is 13.5 m x 23 m -E2 (01 big meeting room,01 room for vice-presidents of legislation Council, 04 rooms for the four Legal Research Departments, and 02 W.Cs. -E1 ( 01 room for president of Legislation Council, 06 rooms for vice-presidents of Legislation Council, and 02 W.Cs). -E0 ( 01 room for president of Administrative and Unite Department 05 office rooms 01 big room for keeping royal books, and 02 W.Cs).
15. PROJECT JUSTIFICATION: (Give reasons why this particular project is considered worthwhile.)
A. Inadequate rooms for Legislation Council president and officers B. Prepare the place to stock the royal books, legal documents and regulations after brought from the Council of Minister for delivering to all departments under Ministry of Interior and local administration. C. Console intertwine administrative mechanism of Legislation Council for effective jobs.

Direct beneficiaries of the project are legislation council president and officers, and indirect beneficiaries are the people who live in Cambodia because they will effect when the laws and regulations drafted by Legislation Council implements through the nation wide.
