13. PROJECT OBJECTIVE: (Describe the major purpose of the project.)
This project is to train military officers in the fields of agricultural farming, fishery and business skills. The target trainees will be those working officers, soon-to-retire officers and the disabled officers; however, the military communities will also be encouraged to join the training.
14. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: (Provide a description of the project and all its components.)
This project is to train military officers in the fields of agricultural farming, fishery and business skills. The target trainees will be those working officers, soon-to-retire officers and the disabled officers; however, the military communities will also be encouraged to join the training. The first target number for the training will be 1,200 for three years with 100 trainees per batch and four batches per year. The training will be organized into class learning, field practice and hands-on works. This will help the trainees experience the real works and be able to use their skills at work and in real life.
15. PROJECT JUSTIFICATION: (Give reasons why this particular project is considered worthwhile.)
1.To build skills and vocations for the military officers and communities to generate more income. 2.Facilities for and access to vocational training for soon-to-retire and disabled military officers are limited.

It has no adverse impact on environment, but contrary, it is hoped to improve the lives of the armies community.
