1) Open the navigation route 2) Facilitate important transportation in the province and transit from the province to the Vietnamese border 3) Improve people's living standards

Located in the canal from the port of Kampong Ambel Chas to the Vietnamese border, 18,000 meters long, missing size B = 20 meters Upper mouth B = 40 meters, depth 3.40 meters, volume of pumping land, restoration of Stung canal, Kampong Ambel, total 875,820 cubic meters

The project is part of a drive to transport goods (especially rice) and transport local passengers to the Vietnamese border.
