-Research baseline relevant environment social-economic and natural resources in the Tonle Sap Basin. -Analysis baseline relevant environment social-economic and natural resources in the Tonle Sap Basin. -Consultation meetings with stakeholders at both national and sub-national levels, as well as development partnership of national and international organizations, to revise the content of technical documents more effectively. -Pomote public the work results of technical documents.

-Technical document to be base to prepare project/program strategy policy and action plan for government to conservation management and Tonle Sap region development. -Policy maker and decision maker. -Strengthen and expand capacity relevant to research and expand understanding about environment social-economic status and natural resources in the Tonle Sap Basin.
