This project aims to facilitate in providing information related to underground infrastructure to evacuation operations to avoid to avoid water Supply cut off, sewage, electricity, optical cables, and other pipes that are buried underground.
14. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: (Provide a description of the project and all its components.)
- To establish and set up a joint underground infrastructure data management system that can be downloaded and used effectively as needed. - To develop software on smart devices for officers in charge of evacuation permits for verification and issuance of permits. - To develop App on smart devices for citizens to download data to get general information about the underground infrastructure network

- To respond to the Rectangular Strategic Policy Agenda Phase 4. - To ensure the consistency of management and use of common underground infrastructure in the Kingdom of Cambodia.

This project has no environmental or social impacts, but it will contribute in increasing support for public services, and management of national infrastructure information through the software usage, as well as to save the state budget and other unnecessary expenses of Cambodian people.
