Recruit foreign investors to invest in special economic zones in order to boost national economic growth through export-import through the Phnom Penh Autonomous Port. |

The project will collaborate with investment partners on an area of approximately 1,000 hectares (Phase 1 (143 hectares)) to create a concentration zone for factories and production chains for production and distribution. |
15. PROJECT JUSTIFICATION: (Give reasons why this particular project is considered worthwhile.) |
The main reason for choosing this project is that the Phnom Penh Autonomous Port does not yet have a special economic zone to support the development of the EAC. |
