Provide cold storage services for export and import.

The project is being carried out with a partner from Singapore on an area of 2.5 hectares with a storage capacity of 3,000 pallets and is scheduled to be completed in 18 months.
15. PROJECT JUSTIFICATION: (Give reasons why this particular project is considered worthwhile.)
The main reason for choosing this project is that the Phnom Penh Autonomous Port does not yet have a service to store refrigerated goods.
16. BENEFITS (Who will benefit, directly and indirectly, from the project?)
Phnom Penh Autonomous Port will receive revenue from storage, loading / unloading, transfer / storage of refrigerated goods for export-import through LM17 container port, especially to provide convenience to consumers in storing standard goods to Market supply.
