9. THE CONTRIBUTION OF THE PROJECT TO ACHIEVE THE ABOVE POLICY:
- Infrastructure of the prison is to comply with the minimum standards for prison construction, as defined by Prakas of the Ministry of Interior. - Building and cells must have enough natural light, natural ventilation, toilets with installed water supply system and electricity at prison. - Prison must have a health post, room for medical treatment of prisoners and a medical officer on permanent basis. - Prison is also a place for religious, education, and library vocational training for detainees. Women and men can be tailor, hairdressers, cosmetics, embroidery, salon, music singer, painting, sculptor wood, stone, builders, repair network, computers, vehicles, welding processing gas stoves for cooking. - The prison was designed to have the gym for detainees. - There must have officer’s dormitory for their operation. - Prison is referred to a place to detain person who are under detention order from the court authority, including detention centers and correction center by divided into categories, such as the accused, charged, tried or convicted who were sent to detention in by following the prison regulation. Prisoners must comply with and follow the prison regulation and instructions of prison staff.

13. PROJECT OBJECTIVE: (Describe the major purpose of the project.)
- Construct new instead of seed which has been dilapidated thunder shook construction collapsed beyond age who had suffered badly from the war. ­ - In response to this increase amount of detainees exceeds forecasts. - To prevent damage caused by natural disasters , rain , lightning and hurricanes jerky flood warming. - Offers Atmosphere comfortable stay for detainees in order to reduce the feeling of stress from trying to escape from prison in all kind of forms.
14. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: (Provide a description of the project and all its components.)
2025: Build buildings at Phnom Penh Municipal Prison (Phase 5) Build buildings at Kep Provincial Prison Build buildings at Batevy Meachey Provincial Prison and Drug Crime Correctional Center at Pursat Province. 2026: Extension buildings at Correctional Center 1 In Phnom Penh Build building at Kendal Provincial Prison and Battambang Provincial Prison. 2027: Build 6 buildings at Correctional Center 3 in Tbong Khmum Province and Build building at Rattanakiri Provincial Prison.
15. PROJECT JUSTIFICATION: (Give reasons why this particular project is considered worthwhile.)
To reduce overcrowding and overloading the importance to give them the proper atmosphere until the deadline. Example: the inmate will learn the habit of living together, which may also reduce short - consciousness attempted suicide.
16. BENEFITS (Who will benefit, directly and indirectly, from the project?)
Direct benefits: - Prison officials, all easy to stay guarded in control skeptic investigators searched grab every state of insecurity those immediately timely , which is scheduled to be caused by the detainee (Example wishing to dispose rushed liberated prisoners of conflicts between inmates and prisoners, etc. , ­All female detainees warmth by staying in seed is the same woman for understanding what the common woman need Indirect benefits: -Relatives of the detainees has a personal room for greeting when they miss their families. ­-Lawyers has quiet room investigative stories involved in a lawsuit with detainees in secret conditions. -A strong safety building margin built, in accordance with the technical standards as well as confidence in your cozy residents, who living near the prison compound , which would not be worried about theft escaped from prison, often referred into their house.

-The project does not affect people and the environment around the prison. But, it is also reduces the poverty tothe family of the detainees.

Men and women are divided in two the separately. Female Prison Official monitor and provide security for female detainees.
