|
The bad activities of the children and youth used the drug dependences are increasing and concerned. To prevention and to accept of them for treatment, take care, provide education and rehabilitations that will eliminated the activities anarchy on public place, reduce violence in families and development for human resources, Ministry of Social Affairs Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation has to establish the National Center to accept 2,000 person of among 30,000 person of drug addict in Cambodia for treatment, take care, provide educations and rehabilitations to become of them to good citizen for society. |

National Center of treatment and Rehabilitation for Drug Addict in Sihanouk Province
( Place:Phom :Trapengmol Khom Cheungkou Srok Preynop Khet Preah Sihanouk)
- Construction of Center building and wall around =2,270,000$
- Pure water station =200,000$
- Clean stink water systems =150,000$
- Center infrastructure(protection wall, road ,parking , garden etc.)=600,000$
- Office furniture =201,930$
- Office equipment and communication systems=72,290$
- Medical and treatment device and Materials for rehabilitations =1,000,000$
- Pick up2 Pc and minivan 2Pc=280,000$
- Transportation costs =25,780$
Total 4,800,000 USD

The number of victims of drug abuse has been increasing from year to year. Obviously depending on the report of National Authority for Combating Drugs, there are 1,449 drug addicts in 2013 up to 10,178 drug addicts in 2017. |

Children and youth used drug dependence who are living in community to received detox, treatment, take care, morale education, and vocational training skill to establish and commune safety and generation financial family to improve. |
