Send 2-6 Officials of, in the Cambodia Academy of Digital Technology (CADT) per years to receive Master and PHD Studies abroad to Development human, resources, knowledge in the field of Communication Technologies.

Staff Capacity Development, get new knowledge Experience. Master and PhD Training in Communication and Technology.

Supporting poverty reduction policies of development.
