The dormitory building construction is part of physical infrastructure development that serve as a basic of daily training activities. Diversity of infrastructure, physical structure, it helps to speed up the development of the country.

13. PROJECT OBJECTIVE: (Describe the major purpose of the project.)
To stable and improve quality training, nominated police trainees, students, prison officials from various department of Ministry of Interior,in policing profession, technical skills within the framework set in both physically and mentality.
14. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: (Provide a description of the project and all its components.)
Building Detail: - 3 floors building with 10 rooms on each floor - 10 toilets per floor, located each side of the building - Wardrobes - Utilities installation
15. PROJECT JUSTIFICATION: (Give reasons why this particular project is considered worthwhile.)
Police forces training need to be centralized by its nature in order to train discipline, physical strength, unity, and morality. This building will be a centralized area for all police trainees where they can learn from each other, building team works and staying unit during training.
16. BENEFITS (Who will benefit, directly and indirectly, from the project?)
The Police Academy of Cambodia will be directly benefit from this dormitory and are able to improve its training infrastructure in order to support police trainee and students who commit to study and finish the programmer.

This project has no harm to human, social and environment. It helps to provincial police student and trainees who are not able to support living and traveling in and to Phnom Penh. It also help to grow small local businesses.
