To do promotion and improving Information and Communication Technology used in the target rural area. |

Short Term and long term planning to promote the adoptions of the new digital technology to use for daily administration works, teaching and learning, agriculture, etc. in 5 provinces in Cambodia such as Kampong Chhnang, Preyveng, Takeo, Siem Reap and Kampong Spue Province. |
