To reduce poverty and help improve the lives of poor families who are struggling to get appropriate houses.
14. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: (Provide a description of the project and all its components.)
-Houses for poor families in 25 provinces ( 1 Province = 5 Houses) 5 x 25 = 125 Houses/Year -125 houses/year x 7,000 USD/House = 875,000 USD/Year -Other expenses = 5,000 USD/Year Total = 880,000 USD/Year x 3 years = 2,640,000 USD
15. PROJECT JUSTIFICATION: (Give reasons why this particular project is considered worthwhile.)
According to Sub-Decree 94 on the Organization and Functioning of Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation, which has indicated the establishment of construction of social housing for poor families for promoting standard living, harmonizing and developing of poor families.
16. BENEFITS (Who will benefit, directly and indirectly, from the project?)
Help the poor to have affordable housing and cooperate with local and foreign partner organizations to provide vocational training and provide small-scale employment to family members, children, access to care, protection, learning and participation in social activities.
