Reduce poverty improve the livelihoods and well-being of rural people and poor farmers. |

Rehabilitation and maintenance of 12 provinces irrigation schemes including Battambang, Pursat, Kampong Chhnang, Kampong Speu, Oddar Meanchey, Banteay Meanchey, Siem Reap, Kampong Thom, Prey Veng, Svay Rieng, Kandal and Takeo provinces with Ministry of Economy and Finance to monitoring, evaluation and support budget to cover labor costs - Maintenance repair of 12 provinces irrigation systems. |

-Increase Food Security and Export Rice.
-Increase GDP. |

The People who living in Battamband, Pursat, Kampong Chhnang, Kampong Speu, Oddar Meanchey, Banteay Meanchey, Siem Reap, Kampong Thom, Prey Veng, Svay Rieng, Kandal and Takeo provinces. |
