13. PROJECT OBJECTIVE: (Describe the major purpose of the project.)
The purpose of the project is to strengthen human resources in Cambodia in social work field.
14. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: (Provide a description of the project and all its components.)
The building is in 8 meters wide and 40 meters high and has 10 floors of 1 building. It includes classrooms, labs, meeting rooms, a conference hall, and a library. This building will be used for research and training in social affairs and vocational training for people with disability with the amount of 2,000,000 US Dollars.
15. PROJECT JUSTIFICATION: (Give reasons why this particular project is considered worthwhile.)
As population growth with grow by 2050, demand for social services will continue to grow from children to the elder from 2020. Especially this project will help to support two national policies including industrial policy and national vocation policy.
16. BENEFITS (Who will benefit, directly and indirectly, from the project?)
This project will help disabled people get education and become graduates successfully. One student can counsel, research social problems, and provide services and disabled products to 250 people per year.

-This project does not affect the people and the surrounding environment. -This project will help the vulnerable people including children, disabled people, and elderly though provision of social services of graduates and moreover, disabled people may receive additional training to have the ability to create their own business.
