-With the knowledge and technology, universities are deeply involved in university-industry cooperation to foster start-ups. -Start-ups use the university's innovative technology to create high-value-added commercial products that bring economically significant benefits to universities.

The project should be developed into the following growth phase: Phase 1 -Transition of pre-business and preparations for new business -Building a center -Recruiting Companies -Construction of technology and management system -Promote center business Phase 2 -Growth phase -Support for common equipment construction -Prototype production support -Establishment and activation of the technical guidance system Phase 3 -Settlement phase -Technical transfer and incubation -Mass production and sales support -Expansion of equipment utilization business

-Provide opportunities to new start-ups with knowledge and agricultural innovation technology -Provide opportunities to intern or exchange jobs in the stakeholders' industry -Transfer agricultural innovative technology to farmers -Boost the local economy and improve farm income -Through the industry cooperative project, the university could earn some benefit
