KRC and the Cambodian Government had good cooperation since long time ago in terms of development and implementation on Capacity Building for Officials. However, we found that the Korean Government has a success story on Capacity Building for Korean to make sustainability for country and transforming to be developed country still now.
Therefore, by our commitment to preparing the implementation of Capacity Building Program together, and supporting for agro-businesss, we intended to learn some best practices from the best Korean partner, particularly how to make efficiency and effectiveness policy for this Project. |

- MRD Official and PDRD Official will benefit from the project in terms of Capacity Building
- Villagers will also be benefited from the project in term of: Capacity Building, Technical and Financial Support.

- Neighboring Villages will also be benefited from the positive impact of the project. |

-These proposed program will consist of female participation as beneficiary at least 30%.
-The goal and objectives of these proposed project would engage gender equality and women empowerment by opening any opportunities to gain an understanding of community concept very especially for development strategy, technical and non-technical requirements into the consideration program and preparation of action plan then make it to be the real activities. Moreover, these proposed project ensuring that the benefits would have chance to share knowledge with both men and women in Cambodia. |

The Community Development Department (CDD) of MRD is the host ministry to implement the project.
*MRD:
-Establish project management and coordination structure to support the whole project implementation process
-Establish project Administration and Finance Unit
*Coordination team:
-Coordinate general project implementation such as target village formulation and project implementation in each target village
*Community Development Center:
-Provide capacity building, agricultural and vocational demonstration center
-Support extension in each target village, etc.,
*PDRD:
-Facilitate project implementation procedure with local authorities and other related institutions.
-Conduct monitoring and reporting to MRD.
