To enhance the tourist infrastructure at Cambodian northern country. Odormeanchey, not so far from Siem Reap, need to be developed as same day visit, starting from Siem Reap, where located the battle field of khmer rouge cruel leaders. Especially, road transport, wast management, water supply and sanitation. |

To rehabilitate the battle field infrastructure (village road, historical building construction, tourism site management, and others tourist facilities. |

When the world recognize the khmer rouge regime as crucial period, Tuol Sleng museum can be more visited. So the last battle field of khmer rouge is the significant place that provide the best option to visit. |
