The construction of the building, the international border gate, Koh Roka and other infrastructure contributes to the development of the border area, making it easy to change the goods, the travel of people and tourists, contributing to the development of the economy and facilitating cross-border and highway transport.

The construction of the International Border Gate consists of construction, roads, water systems, systems, lighting and equipment for working at the Prey Veng, Koh Roka International Checkpoint.

This project helps to provide a diversified tourism commodity that can help boost national economy and reduce poverty.

Those who benefit from the project are the people in this area and the local authority, commune and district.

Building projects, international border gate offices, Koh Roka and other infrastructure will not affect the private land ownership of the people. The Vietnam side announced plans to build the Koh Roka International border checkpoint by 2020, so the Ministry of Interior plans to prepare a 2020 budget.
