-to prepare master plan and landscaping
-to prepare land for construction (fencing and landfill)
-to prepare the construction plan for necessity infrastructure (road, sewage & drainage system, water & electricity system)
-to construct key buildings (administrative building, laboratory, product display building, and building for staffs and workers, etc)
