To establish and operate SMEs' Eco-Park in 04 Provinces.

-to prepare master plan and landscaping -to prepare land for construction (fencing and landfill) -to prepare the construction plan for necessity infrastructure (road, sewage & drainage system, water & electricity system) -to construct key buildings (administrative building, laboratory, product display building, and building for staffs and workers, etc)

To cluster SMEs especially the food and beverage manufacturers to be located in one place in each province
