To Improve for controlling the precursor and phychotropic substances. To prepare legislation documents and draft the plan on controlling phychotropic substances for prevention to divert the precursor from llicit trade to illicit drug production and training skill for law enforcement officers. Prepare the plan for controlling and inspecting for production and trafficking of Preng Mrash Prau Phnom (safrole oil). |

Plan for control and inspect for producing and trafficking of Preng Mrash Prau Phnom (safrole oil) will be established. |
