This project will facilitate judges and prosecutors, who were shifted from province to province. |

Constructing residency for first instance court and appellate court judges and prosecutors, who will be transferred form province to another, in 23 provinces (exclude Phnom Penh Capital and Kep Province). |

According to the legal and judicial reform strategy of the fifth legislature of Royal Government. |
16. BENEFITS (Who will benefit, directly and indirectly, from the project?) |
Judges and prosecutors are transferred from a province to another in every 4 years. This mechanism aims to strengthen the good governance in every court, which would enhancethe quality of the judicial service to the citizen. |
