Promote legal and judicial reform by moving judicial service close to the local citizen. Therefore, this mechanism will reduce the backing of case in courts, and citizen will spend less time and less budget for litigation in court. |

Build 203 building for Home of Justice in every Srok, Khan, and Krong nationwide. |
